After a year of remote learning and all of our students and faculty spread out across the various corners of the globe, the USC Games Faculty & Staff are overjoyed to welcome our students back to campus. We have so looked forward to resuming learning in shared spaces.
To that end, we will be hosting a welcome event for USC Games family this coming Friday at the Annenburg Complex lawn in front of the EGG Building on Friday at 4:30PM. Please see the Events section for more information.
Hey all! Are you interested in bringing characters to life inside a video game? Then this new class in Fall 2021 is for you!
Taught by industry veteran Mauricio Hoffman, he makes the exercises easy to understand, fun to animate, and is great for anyone who is interested our new game art program – come build your ideas (as well as learn what it takes to get a job in the industry)!
If you have taken CTAN 452 or ITP 215, or know a bit of 3D, then ITP 351 is for you!

Shortlists for the Women in Games Global Awards 2021 have been announced. Awards Ceremony to be broadcast live to 45 countries on GINX.TV
Our heartfelt congratulations go out to Abby Sherlock, who has been shortlisted for the University or College Student Portfolio award, as well as Abby and Kathryn Yu, whose game Heirloom has been shortlisted for Favorite Game Developed by a woman or female team.

A welcome event for all returning, new and potential USC Games students, this event will be the perfect time to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and learn more about our exciting program!
This event will be held on the lawn outside the EGG BUILDING, just north of 28th St on Adams. The EGG building – also known as USC GAMES PRODUCTIONS – is one of our central hubs; the lawn outside is large and vibrant, the perfect place to celebrate. Please see the attached flier for directions.
And did we mention that there will be pizza!?!
Students can arrive at the SCI building between 4 and 4:30 to walk over to the EGG together – the event will start at 5pm wIth opening remarks.
