CTIN- 463 is excited to welcome Jared Rosen, Principal Writer at Riot Games. Jared has written and worked on the lores of characters within League of Legends and the land of Runeterra such as Fiddlesticks, Sona, Rell, Viego, as well as characters from VALORANT Franchise like Yoru. Additionally, Jared has worked on the stories of some of Riots’ greatest and most beloved multiverse skin lines/events such as Spirit Blossom and the Sentinels of Light. Outside of his work at Riot, Jared has worked on award-winning cosmic horror and visual novels. Join us in exploring the work of Jared in CTIN-463 this Wednesday, September 1, at 7 PM PST in SCI 106!

CTIN-487 is excited to welcome Mark “Garvey” Candella, seven year Twitch veteran and Director of Student and Education Programs! Before founding and running the Twitch Student program and supporting aspiring young streamers, Mark worked for two years as the Director of Strategic Partnerships developing department-wide strategies for Talent Servicing. Even before Twitch, Mark worked as a Manager at Azubu.tv, an esports livestreaming site founded in 2012 which partnered with prominent players such as Faker of T1 and MadLife of CJ Entus Front. Garvey has been instrumental in working to boost student streamers and eSports professionals for many years in the industry. Are you interested in producing? Join Ana Solimano, Assistant Producer at Mobius Digital, for a fireside chat with Gordon Bellamy about her journey in the games industry! Ana graduated from IMGD in May 2020, and is currently working on Outer Wilds, Echoes of the Eye, and others. She is a big fan of color coding, visualization, TTRPGs and MMA.
